    PASSENGER APP

  • Once you login, you will see pickup location, destination location, pickup and destination areas, notes to driver, then book your ride
  • Once you book above, the system will calculate the fare price and finds you nearest driver
  • Once the system assigns driver for you then you will get confirmation notifications and the distance the driver is and estimated time of arrival
  • Similar to above, you will get notifications once your driver arrives at your pickup location
  • Passenger will get outstanding fare amount once ride is completed

  • DRIVER APP

  • Check your status to be 'AVAILABLE' (Homepage > Status)
  • Check if you selected correct city that you are working(Menu > City)
  • You will receive 'ride request' from passengers or customer support dispatch systems. you will receive comments if the request is coming from customer support dispatch systems
  • Once you receive 'ride request' , you may 'confirm' or 'cancel' the ride request. before you accept or reject, you can see complete info of the ride such as passenger names, contact numbers, pickup and drop-off locations.
  • You can directly 'CALL' the passenger before confirming the ride request or after ride request
  • Once you reach the 'pick-up location' you can tap 'Arrived' icon then your passenger will get notifications that you arrived. you can also call the passenger
  • Once passenger gets in , you can 'START' the ride till you reach destination
  • Once you reach drop-off lcoation' you can 'FINISH' the ride then payment form will pop-up and choose payment type either 'Cash' or online payment such as 'mobile money transfers' and later the message gives you the amount to collect from the passsenger

  • first check your subscription expiry date from your profile on driver app
  • if you would like to renew please contact your nearest customer support office in your city
